Contract Manufacturing

Comprehensive in-house contract manufacturing for healthcare and fitness equipment, covering structural fabrication, surface treatment, upholstery, design, and prototyping. ISO 13485 certified. Based in Lahti, Finland.

Welding & Metalwork

Our Lahti facility handles steel and aluminium fabrication for healthcare and fitness equipment, from single components up to complete product frames, built to exact tolerances and ready for surface treatment or final assembly.

We work with MIG, TIG and spot welding, and our team has fabricated structures for medical grade equipment for over 25 years. Every weld is produced under our ISO 13485 certified quality system, so quality stays consistent whether it’s one frame or a full production run.

Send us your drawings and specifications and we’ll manufacture to them directly. If you don’t have finished drawings yet, we can develop them together with you, from a single prototype through to full scale production.

Painting & Surface Treatment

We paint and treat frames and components for healthcare and fitness equipment in our own facility, giving you a consistent, durable finish whether it’s a single unit or a full production run, in standard colours or a custom shade matched to your brand.

Every surface gets prepared and treated before paint goes on, which is what gives the finish its adhesion and long-term durability. We work with both powder coating and wet paint, and each piece goes through the same quality check before it leaves the building.

Need one prototype in your brand colour, or thousands of units in a custom shade? Either way it stays in-house from start to finish, so we control the quality at every stage.

Upholstery

Treatment tables, treatment chairs, rehabilitation equipment: we upholster all of it in our Lahti facility using medical grade foam and fabric, with the equipment and skills on hand to take on anything from a single custom piece to a full production run.

Our material selection spans standard and custom colours, and we can match your existing product line or brand specifications exactly. It’s all done under our ISO 13485 certified quality system, so it meets the same standards required for medical device manufacturing.

Replacement upholstery for equipment already in the field, custom work for something new, or OEM upholstery under your own brand: tell us the specifications and quantities and we’ll deliver.

3D Printing

We run 3D printing in-house for rapid prototyping and small-series production of parts for healthcare and fitness equipment, turning CAD files into accurate physical models and functional components fast, without the lead times or tooling costs of traditional manufacturing.

It’s especially useful early in product development, when speed and flexibility matter more than volume. We use it to check a design before committing to full production, test how new components fit and function, and produce small custom batches that wouldn’t make sense to manufacture traditionally.

One prototype part, a small batch of custom components, or 3D printed parts within a bigger manufacturing project: we take it from file to finished part, fully in house.

Product Design

Our design team takes healthcare and fitness equipment from initial concept through to production-ready CAD drawings and technical documentation, working closely with customers to balance functional requirements against what’s actually manufacturable.

Because we design for our own production processes, the drawings we produce are built for the shop floor, not just the screen. That cuts down on costly changes later and shortens the path from concept to finished product.

A rough idea that needs shaping into something manufacturable, an existing product that needs a redesign, or a specification that needs translating into production drawings: we work through it with you at every stage.

Prototyping

We build physical prototypes for healthcare and fitness equipment, everything from early concept models to functional pre-production units ready for testing and validation. Having this in-house alongside our other capabilities means faster turnaround and a tighter loop between design and production.

Because we combine 3D printing, metalwork, and upholstery in the same process, we can build a complete, realistic prototype of a treatment table, chair, or other piece of equipment, not just its individual parts. That gives you a real picture of the finished product before committing to full production.

Finished drawings ready to go, or need design support to get there first? Either way, we work through it with you from first sketch to approved prototype.
